Welcome to The Brick Pizzeria & Cafe'

American Owned & Family Operated Since 1995

 

 The Brick is a family style restaurant and was started by Ron Kujawa and his family. He came here from Michigan to live in a more family oriented, pastoral setting. He and his wife have traveled the United States extensively. He had an idea to serve quality food in an atmosphere that promoted a congenial, laid back, fun time for everyone. The staff wishes you to view The Brick as "your place”.

Establishments can use fancy and foreign terms to describe their food, but the proof is in the palate. Your taste buds will tell you if the quality is there. We are a full service restaurant and our specialty is pizza. We truly believe we are serving "Gourmet" pizza. In America the symbol of excellence has always been the Cadillac. Welcome to the Cadillac of Pizzas.

Our ovens may be made of metal, but your pizza is cooked on brick stones as is most of the food we prepare for you. Our pizza dough is made in-house using extra virgin olive oil. Most other pizzerias buy a pre-made, frozen dough ball. Our sauce is from Ron's grandmother's recipe. We use only Grande Cheese from Wisconsin. It is the best and most expensive cheese we can find. Here at The Brick all of the ingredients are "top of the line." Our food is cooked the old-fashioned way. We will only microwave to defrost. Please allow time for your food to be properly cooked. We are good food, not fast food. Your servers appreciate your awareness and consideration. If anything is not satisfactory, please inform us. That is the only way we can endeavor to rectify a problem.
